RETURN & EXCHANGE

We facilitate all our clients' requests to exchange their ordered items, provided they have made the purchase online
Any article purchased online at full price can be exchanged within 5 days of receipt from the courier.
* The (items) are faulty. damaged, or defective at the time of delivery.
* The (items) either do not match the original specifications of the product or are found to be different from what you had actually purchased.
* All exchanges based on personal preferences will be charged a delivery fee of PR 250/- and returns will solely be the customer's responsibility.
* Colors may vary slightly from the original ones due to shooting purposes. Such exchange requests cannot be catered to.
